90 minute class incorporating meditation, yin yoga, breath work, & tuning forks. In Yin Yoga we hold poses for longer periods of time to work deep in the connective tissues of our bodies to release physical and emotional stress and tension. Tuning fork are applied to the body in specific areas to increase relaxation. Breath work and meditation will be be used to increase relaxation of the mind and nervous system.
