Unwind & Align is a deeply restorative Sunday Practice designed to release tension, improve circulation, and reset your body for the week ahead. This 90 Min class blends gentle Yin Yoga for the whole body, self massage techniques and lymphatic drainage to encourage detoxification and healing from the inside out. Guided breath work weaves throughout the practice helping you to drop into stillness, reduce stress, and leave feeling lighter, balanced and deeply aligned.
